The Aikatsu World Outlaws Lupin Strushers (アイカツ界の無法者ルパンストラッシャーズ Aikatsu-kai no Muhōmono Rupan Sutorasshāzu?) is a group of people from areas adjacent to Starlight School, Dream Academy and Four Star Academy in Aikatsu!: Four Star & Starlight Idol Cross 2017 as well as the five-part series finale of the Aikatsu Stars! TV Series. The leader of this group is George Hateruma, aka "Lupin the Fifth". And the members are Arashi Nijino, Yūhi Kasumi, Ryū Akeboshi, and Joana Saotome, Yume and Mahiru were former double agents and spies in the group until Arashi found out about her love with Subaru, angering Arashi and until Yūhi decided to leave the group to take care of his siblings. They come to those schools in order to capture any magical Aikatsu! card hidden that is hidden there, and take some people as hostages. They all agree on that the Subaru family was a common threat.

- Lupin Strushers is a reference to Kamen Rider Lupin's finisher attack, the "Ultimate Lupin Strush (アルティメットルパンストラッシュ Arutimetto Rupan Sutorasshu?)".
- It is possible that they begin their magical card-snatching activities since before the events of Aikatsu!: The Targeted Magical Aikatsu! Card. Though, it is unknown if they have any magical card in their collection.
