Neo-Shine was formed to let girls who weren't in units yet to be in a unit.
Name[]
The prefix Neo- was chosen as most of the girls in the unit were new idols, or at least new to Stardom Academy. The Shine part of the name was chosen as their goal is to be bright and shine on the stage.
